Online orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Fashion Jewelry) or 3-4 weeks (Fine Jewelry) once cc authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Bridal orders placed directly with Robin Haley involve consultations, custom pricing, and payment plan timelines prior to completion and delivery. Please schedule an appointment to begin your custom journey with us!
To make adjustments or additions, such as adding a Tiny Star or lengthening a chain, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order as an additional fee will apply. As of now, RHJ does not offer International shipping. If you'd like an order overnighted, please let us know right away via email. However, our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:30 am - 4:30 pm CST. If your order is placed after 4:30 pm on Thursday, please know it will not be received until Monday.
All designs are handmade and monetary returns are currently NOT accepted. However, you may return an item to exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value within 10 days of your original purchase. All custom and bridal pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. We pride ourselves on quality work and if your item has a manufacturing defect, we're happy to take care of that for you.
